1. 3+ years of overall Web development experience with 2+ years in NodeJS
2. Strong programming skills
3. Ability to work independently
4. Adhere to timeline and submit production ready high quality code
5. Use GIT or equivalent version control tools
6. Ability to research and learn new technology
7. Experience in MEAN or MERN Stack would be an added advantage
